Learning a New Language in a Foreign Country

If a move considered in a country where the language is different from you, at least, you should know at the end to try a few basic courtesies and armed with a phrase book, dictionary, and a willingness unfamiliar with the language their new home.

No one will ask you as one born to arrive when you speak, but a little effort is greatly appreciated by the inhabitants.
